Programme Changes
The Organizers reserve the right to make alterations to the date, programme of work, interpretation provision and other organizational matters at any time without prior notice.
Liability
Participants are required to comply with the rules and regulations governing the applicable venue.
Non Discrimination Policy
The Organizers will use its reasonable endeavours to comply with all laws applicable in relation to discrimination on any grounds. Accordingly, the Organizers are committed to providing equality of opportunity and fair treatment for all. The Organizers will not intentionally discriminate on the basis of gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, religion, culture or disability in dealing with the delegates. All participants are equally required to comply with non-discrimination laws and treat all participants with dignity and respect.
Data Protection
You acknowledge that the Organizers and/or its representatives and/or any participant and/or attendee at the event may take photographs and/or video footage of all or part of it. The Organizers may then include any of these photographs and/or video footage on any of its websites and/or other promotional materials, at its discretion, unless it receives an explicit written request from you confirming that you do not want the the Organizers to use any images identifying you.
Participants accept and consent to the livestreaming on YouTube of the regional forum and that this will be recorded and subsequently made publicly available.
Code of Conduct
All participants attending the event, must undertake to: treat all people with respect and act in a way which does not discriminate against or exclude anyone; act in a fair and responsible way to any staff, fellow participants or volunteers they encounter; listen quietly to and respect the views and experiences of other people contributing to the forum; add to the discussion only if and when asked to do so and then only in a way that is relevant to the matter under discussion; challenge ideas not individuals or their opinions; not use inflammatory language or behaviour of any kind.
Participants acknowledge that a failure to follow the code of conduct may result in removal from the meeting.
